It is a good one. The Jewish Deac community is growing fast. Now, we are running out of space.
The Plan
Create a beautiful space dedicated solely to our students - a place where they can gather, connect, celebrate, and grow together.
Here are the details:
The Family Dining Room
We will convert our garage into a large and beautiful dining room. In this room, 60+ students will gather around the Shabbat table to enjoy a homemade dinner and the sense of community they crave.
This room will also serve as a space for Torah classes, Shabbat services, and more.
The Living Room
The student lounge will be the perfect place for students to hang out, grab a book from the Jewish library and connect with each other.
During larger events, we can seat an additional 30 students in this room.
The Kitchen
The place where the best Kosher food in Winston will be made!
A room where students can bake challah, cook classic Jewish foods, and of course, enjoy the four-course dinners.
